This website is hosted by Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA. When the website is accessed, Vercel processes technically necessary data such as IP address, time of access, page accessed, browser and operating system in server logs. The legal basis is the legitimate interest in secure and stable operation (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). Vercel is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, and standard contractual clauses are in place in addition.

We use Vercel Web Analytics to measure usage. The method works without cookies and without cross-device identifiers. Aggregated data such as page views, country of origin, device type and referrer is collected. It is not possible to identify individual persons. The legal basis is the legitimate interest in improving the offering (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR).

When you request the brochure, we process the data you enter (title, first name, last name, e-mail address, optionally phone number and message) as well as the time of your consent, the country of your IP address, an irreversible hash of your IP address to protect against misuse and the origin parameters of the visit (UTM parameters). The purpose is to send you the brochure and to process your request by the sales team. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR) and the performance of pre-contractual measures (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR).

The data is stored in a database at Supabase Inc., server location Frankfurt am Main, Germany. E-mails are sent via Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc., USA) with servers located in the European Union (Ireland).

The download link for the brochure contained in the e-mail is personal and valid for 30 days. Accesses to the link are counted.

Your request is stored for as long as necessary to process it, but no longer than [To be completed by the client] months after the last contact, unless statutory retention obligations require otherwise.

This website does not set cookies for advertising or analytics purposes. After the form is submitted, a technically necessary cookie is set that enables the brochure download on the confirmation page. It contains no personal data and is deleted after 24 hours.

The fonts used are served from our own server. No connection is made to Google Fonts or other font providers. No external content is embedded.

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. You may withdraw consent you have given at any time with effect for the future. To do so, contact info@montafon-suites.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, in Austria the Datenschutzbehörde, Barichgasse 40 to 42, 1030 Vienna.
