The additional costs stated in the brochure apply on purchase, including an agent commission of 3.0% plus 20% VAT on the gross purchase price, 3.5% real estate transfer tax, 1.1% land register registration fee and 1.7% plus VAT for drawing up the contract and trusteeship plus cash expenses.

The project is designed as a tourist investment property. Letting is handled by the operator. The rights and obligations of owners arise from the operator agreement.
